as the new food pyramid. I'm sure you can come up with some more,
and that's great, but these are the ones I chose. And the categories
are.....
Burgers
It's a staple in American cuisine, so this is a big list. Also, you'll
see some disturbing info about them. Say it isn't so!!
Pasta
This is a tough one because a lot of places have only one or two Pasta
entrees. But that does qualify.
Pizza
This is another American staple, even though it's an Italian dish.
And yes, it is Italian. Some people have said it originated in China
and brought back by Marco Polo in the late 1200's, but this is false.

Seafood
Almost everyone should have some Seafood in their diet, except if
you're allergic to it. Omega-3 fatty acids, which is found in most
